Had a sump pump fail overnight and filled the basement with water. 317 Plumber was here within an hour of calling in the morning. Within 10 minutes, their technicians (Dave and Solomon) installed a temporary sump pump to get the water pumped out of the basement as quickly as possible. They were incredibly friendly, thorough, and allowed us time to think about how we will proceed in replacing the sump pump in the long term. I cannot recommend their service more highly.

I cannot stress enough how great this company and its owner are. I found them via a neighborhood page shortly after moving to Whitestown (the owner personally responded to an inquiry I had posted and offered to help over a weekend). Since then I've had them do several services/installs. Today, the owner himself went above and beyond to help get me straightened out after my water softener froze and burst while I was out of town for the holidays. Coming home to water flowing from the garage is a pretty negative experience, but I honestly had such a great experience that I honestly don't see it as one. We had alarms on our water sensor at our sump pump overnight on a Saturday into a Sunday and called first thing Sunday morning. We left a voicemail and had a return call in less than two minutes from Ryan, who was actually with his family on vacation. He walked through the issue and said someone would call us to schedule. We heard from Danny only a short time later, who had us do some diagnostic tests to pinpoint the issue. Once he figured out the problem, he said that while we could probably wait to handle the issue until Monday, he would be able to come over within a couple of hours to make the repair. As promised, he arrived within a few hours and repaired the issue quickly and within the budget quoted to us. Very happy with their service and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing issues!

Richard did an outstanding job of getting into our attic to diagnose a possible horizontal vent pipe leak. He carefully removed and replaced the blown-in insulation. He identified where the possible leak occurred and traced the vent pipe to the two nearest joints and determined that the joints were properly glued and that the vent pipe was not in fact leaking onto the ceiling. The diagnostic charge was very reasonable for the effort and knowledge required.
