As part of a major bathroom remodel, the toilet ordered through the contractor could not be installed without moving the drain. In addition, there was a crack which needed repair and was not part of the contractor bid. Another company quoted the contractor an outrageous price. We had used 317 Plumber for a water heater and sump pump installation, so I wanted to be sure there were no problems with leaks in the future with a company I used previously. Trayvon made the repair to the crack and ordered a replacement toilet. The first was discontinued. The second was not the correct color. The third was a winner. Throughout this 2 month process, Trayvon was always helpful and worked with his suppliers to get what I needed. I am pleased to have this company to rely on for my plumbing needs.

Wow!!! Best customer service EVER!!! I called on a Saturday with water flooding the side of my home and problems with my sewage pump. They were willing to come out right away. However, I was unable to be at the house, so they agreed to come on a Sunday! They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on their way. They looked at both issues, assessed the issues, walked me through what was going on, and provided me with upfront pricing. I agreed to have the work done. They had the sewage pump and tools on their truck and were able to get everything done very fast. They treated my home as if it were their own. They treated me with great respect and went the extra mile by explaining to me where I could find my emergency water shut-off valve, as well as how to use the water softening system that was pre-installed in this house. I highly recommend 317 Plumber. 4/22/25 I just had Jason out from 317. He is a fantastic plumber. This is my second service from this company. This time I had them install a new toilet for my bathroom. Jason was knowledgeable, very clean and respectful of our home, on time, and did an overall fantastic job with the install. 317’s pricing was very competitive, and it was easy to get the service scheduled when I needed it!

Richard did an outstanding job of getting into our attic to diagnose a possible horizontal vent pipe leak. He carefully removed and replaced the blown-in insulation. He identified where the possible leak occurred and traced the vent pipe to the two nearest joints and determined that the joints were properly glued and that the vent pipe was not in fact leaking onto the ceiling. The diagnostic charge was very reasonable for the effort and knowledge required.

At the strike of 12 on Christmas morning, I awoke to my roommate telling me my basement was flooding. It turns out I had a water main break, and it would need to be excavated to repair the sewer line. I called two plumbers that day, but one came out but only seemed reasonable; however, he couldn't do it until Monday. That Monday they came out, got the line cleared, then provided me a quote. Fast forward, I get the money, they got me scheduled right away. They came out, did the job, and I can use my washer again. Now that dig is not pretty; it leaves your yard a mess, but I'm thankful that my line runs in the back of my home because I would've had a cow had that mess had to be left in my front yard. Okay, going off topic; anyhow, the guys were nice, and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend them; at least get a quote.

With below-freezing temperatures and water mains busting throughout the East side, we certainly experienced low water pressure that led to our hot water heater blowing the drain gasket and emptying into our home, flooding every bedroom. I reached out to Danny last night after an old copper pipe to the heater fill valve then burst too. He immediately called me, reached out to his guys, and had someone here first thing this morning. I highly recommend their services. A small, independent business with 29 years of licensed experience. His guy, David, was cordial, pleasant to work with, and repaired the hot water heater efficiently. As well, I was put in immediate touch with a restoration company. This was the most pleasant plumbing experience, given the stressful circumstances, I have ever experienced. Again, I highly recommend their services and supporting a small business.
