I Would Definitely Recommend Them
At the strike of 12 on Christmas morning, I awoke to my roommate telling me my basement was flooding. It turns out I had a water main break, and it would need to be excavated to repair the sewer line. I called two plumbers that day, but one came out but only seemed reasonable; however, he couldn't do it until Monday. That Monday they came out, got the line cleared, then provided me a quote. Fast forward, I get the money, they got me scheduled right away. They came out, did the job, and I can use my washer again. Now that dig is not pretty; it leaves your yard a mess, but I'm thankful that my line runs in the back of my home because I would've had a cow had that mess had to be left in my front yard. Okay, going off topic; anyhow, the guys were nice, and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend them; at least get a quote.

They helped identify a main sewer line backup issue which required some deep digging and the installation of an exterior cleanout (as a starting point), identified several code issues, and helped resolve an urgent leak that required us to turn off the water to the house. They showed up when they said they would, they were responsive even on weekends, and were clear, concise, and patient when describing issues and proposing solutions. We're very thankful they were recommended to us.

We Love 317 Plumber and Highly Recommend Them!
317 Plumber is awesome! We live in a home built in the 1950s. We had tree roots and clogging in our pipes. We had to get our pipes replaced from our house to the street and have a cleanout pipe added. We got 2 opinions/estimates, one from 317 Plumber and one from another major plumber in the area. The other plumbing company quoted $5–7,000 more for the same service; they also pushed during the estimate to get some service done right then. To add insult to injury, they told us our water heater was on the fritz and needed to be replaced for $1,500 (which was not accurate info). We did not love the upsell vibes. When we had 317 Plumber out, they were professional and friendly. They didn't try to push other products or services onto us. They were able to replace our pipes without ripping up our landing pad and sidewalk. The staff were very kind and professional. We ran into an issue with a block at the city's part of the pipe, and the site supervisor got in touch with Citizens, who came out promptly and cleared the block on their end. The job they did for us took a lot longer than they planned due to the city's issue, but the staff remained kind to us and handled it effectively. We love 317 Plumber and highly recommend them! <3
