With below-freezing temperatures and water mains busting throughout the East side, we certainly experienced low water pressure that led to our hot water heater blowing the drain gasket and emptying into our home, flooding every bedroom. I reached out to Danny last night after an old copper pipe to the heater fill valve then burst too. He immediately called me, reached out to his guys, and had someone here first thing this morning. I highly recommend their services. A small, independent business with 29 years of licensed experience. His guy, David, was cordial, pleasant to work with, and repaired the hot water heater efficiently. As well, I was put in immediate touch with a restoration company. This was the most pleasant plumbing experience, given the stressful circumstances, I have ever experienced. Again, I highly recommend their services and supporting a small business.

Danny and Trayvon made the initial visit to determine our needs and provide a quote. Trayvon was very good about explaining everything and answering our questions along the way. We had two water heaters replaced and some cold lines rerouted to a water softener in a home we just moved into. Trayvon was incredibly personable and respectful. Trey was professional, quick, and friendly. He also had dog treats, so my dog would give him 6 stars if he could. Not to mention, he carried a 75-gallon water heater down and up the stairs by himself, so that’s impressive. He didn’t try to talk me into anything unnecessary. I’m really glad I found this service company awhile back and have continued to use them and have been very satisfied. The scheduling process is great too!

I discovered 317 Plumber when my regular plumber was unavailable in an emergency. They replaced my water heater and installed a drain pan with a pipe to avoid another flooded basement in the future. They also did something no company has ever done before—offered to come back two weeks later for the old water heater so it could drain and dry out, so hauling it up the stairs didn't drop dirty water on the carpet. Thoughtful! I really like the maintenance plan they offer, as it includes many services others don't provide, as well as a good discount on all other products and services. Prices are competitive, I love that they are locally owned, the owner is incredibly involved, did a great job, and also took the time to answer many questions and shared a lot of information.

Danny’s professionalism expands beyond the initial plumbing issue. I mentioned how my water bill has been more than usual and I am not at my residence much. Danny opened the water manhole; we looked at the gauge for documentation. He pointed out a dial which was moving, and we went back in and found 2/3 toilets were constantly running, which I had not noticed due to the insidious nature of the leak. Danny came for a service call. I had a water heater running water everywhere as I returned home from an out-of-state job x 2 weeks. At 10:30 p.m. I was able to turn off my main water valve thanks to Danny previously switching an old rusted valve out as he noticed on a previous job. IF DANNY had not caught this and repaired during another plumbing issue, I would NOT have been able to confidently shut my water off and stop water from running over my laundry room floor. I cannot say enough about this company, his ethics, the reasonable pricing, cleanliness, and prompt service time. CALL HIM. DO NOT PASS GO. JUST PHONE HIM. Tricia Martinez. Indy Water Heater and Softener! Excellent and friendly business to work with. They always come through for us. If we have a leak, they are here right away. Water heater issue, they are here right away. Sump pump replacement and pit clean-out, they get it done! Brady and Juan did an excellent job of installing our brand new sump pump and cleaning out the pit, reinstalling our tankless water heater, and putting in a new gas line in our poolhouse. He came out on a Sunday to help my mom and me figure out what’s wrong with our hot water heater, and within 20–25 minutes, he was able to make an accurate diagnosis and get us back in action! Indy Water Heater and Softener came to me as a referral from my realtor after my water heater sprung a leak. I originally called them for an emergency call that we decided could wait until morning. Danny came exactly when he said he would, was so pleasant, walked me through all the needed repairs, made suggestions for other repairs, and then made sure I understood everything he installed after the fact. His work even came in over the quote estimate he gave me, and he only charged me the quote price. Lastly, when I was concerned about water damage to my floors, he called a contact to come out and take a look at them for me. For someone who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing and was panicked about the repair, this was such a smooth experience.

Kurt and Zack installed a new tankless water heater, replacing a 50-gallon tank water heater. Kurt answered my call on Friday afternoon and was at my house first thing Monday morning. After an estimate where he explained everything, I was able to schedule them to install the new water heater the next morning! Kurt and Zack showed up on time, worked straight through, and finished earlier than expected. Pricing was exactly what they quoted. Everything works great and they cleaned up after. Highly recommend and will be getting rid of my previous plumber's number!
