Danny Gerald, Founder and Owner of 317 Plumber. With an impressive 29 years of hands-on plumbing experience and a valid plumbing license, Danny set out to create a company rooted in unparalleled quality and trust. His vision was to build a team of dedicated professionals who share his unwavering work ethic and passion for the trade, ensuring every client receives top-tier service.

Danny’s extensive career includes tackling complex projects for major companies, from large-scale water systems to specialized installations at iconic venues like Lucas Oil Stadium. This wealth of experience, combined with his additional real estate license, gives him a unique understanding of property systems and client needs. As a devoted father to his 5-year-old daughter, Danny also understands the importance of building a legacy of integrity and reliability.

While Danny now primarily focuses on guiding our team and company strategy from the office, his foundational expertise and dedication to craftsmanship remain the bedrock of 317 Plumber. He ensures that the high standards he personally cultivated are upheld by every licensed professional on our crew.

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan has over 25 years of experience in business and more than a decade as a CEO across multiple industries, Ryan brings a wealth of leadership, innovation, and integrity to 317 Plumber. Since joining the company in 2021, he has been instrumental in its growth and development—guiding strategy, improving operations, and building strong, lasting systems that allow the business to thrive.

But Ryan is not your typical CEO. He leads by example in a way few others do—working side-by-side with the team in the field, whether it’s an excavation, or a last-minute delivery. No task is beneath him, no weather too harsh, and no day too long if it means helping the team succeed. His hands-on approach has earned him the deep respect of everyone at 317 Plumber, and his work ethic sets the tone for the entire company.

He’s known around the shop for being selfless, dependable, and always available—picking up calls at all hours and stepping in wherever he’s needed. Ryan doesn’t just run the company; he serves it, and his belief in doing the right thing for customers and employees alike has helped shape a culture of trust, pride, and mutual respect.

Ryan is also a proud father of four, including his son Sam, who works alongside him in the field as an excavator. Their shared commitment to the company speaks volumes about the family-centered values Ryan brings to his leadership. He truly believes in what 317 Plumber stands for, and his passion, experience, and drive continue to push the company forward every single day.

Plumbing Manager

With over 27 years of experience in plumbing Jeremy is also a journeyman plumber. Jeremy is the kind of plumber who’s seen—and fixed—it all. From gas lines to water systems to sewer repairs, there’s not much Jeremy hasn’t tackled. He began his career like many in the trade, but through years of hard work, reliability, and skill, he earned his spot as Plumbing Manager here at 317 Plumber.

Jeremy sets the bar high when it comes to craftsmanship and dedication. His leadership plays a key role in moving our team forward with the values we stand for: skill, hard work, and perseverance.

One of Jeremy’s proudest achievements is getting to work alongside his son, Kenneth Duncan, here at 317 Plumber. For the Duncans, plumbing runs in the family—and that connection reflects what we’re all about: being rooted in community and treating each other like family.

Whether it’s a small leak or a major job, Jeremy approaches every project with the same care and attention he’d give his own home. That commitment, combined with decades of experience, is what makes him one of our most trusted team members.

Excavation Manager

Nate Gray leads our excavation team as a seasoned Excavation Manager, bringing five years of experience to 317 Plumber. His expertise is further underscored by his OSHA certification, ensuring every project is handled with the highest safety standards.

Nate’s passion for operating heavy equipment began at a young age, learning the ropes alongside his grandfather while digging ponds—a fond memory that speaks to his deep-rooted connection with the trade. As a devoted husband and father of two young boys, Nate understands the importance of building a strong foundation, both at home and on the job site. He often works side-by-side with his brother, Even Gray, exemplifying the family values and collaborative spirit that are central to 317 Plumber. Nate’s leadership and commitment ensure our excavation services are consistently top-notch.

Journeyman Plumber

As a licensed plumbing contractor and experienced journeyman plumber, Alex brings both knowledge and experience to every job. He enjoys the challenge of plumbing because no two days are ever the same and every call brings something different. That variety of the work keeps the job interesting and rewarding for him. Whether it’s a small repair or a full system issue, he approaches each job with professionalism and pride 

Outside of work, Alex stays busy as a dedicated father to his 8-year-old son. Balancing work and parenthood has shaped his steady, dependable nature that makes him a valuable part of the 317 Plumber team.

Licensed Plumber

David is a proud licensed plumber with over 8 years of experience in the field. He got into plumbing because he genuinely enjoys helping people, and that passion has never wavered. For David, the best part of the job is the problem-solving—finding smart, effective solutions and leaving every customer in a better spot than when he arrived.

Outside of work, David is a dedicated husband and the proud father of five. Whether he’s fixing a tough plumbing issue or managing the daily chaos of family life, he brings the same energy, patience, and determination to everything he does.

Plumbing Apprentice

Kenneth Duncan is a valued Plumbing Apprentice at 317 Plumber, bringing 5 years of general plumbing experience to our team, with 2 dedicated years at our company. He’s currently honing his skills in plumbing school, working towards becoming a licensed plumber, a journey we’re proud to support.

Kenneth is known for his incredible work ethic and willingness to tackle any task, no matter the conditions. He consistently steps up to help fellow team members, often offering favors and providing invaluable support around the office, making him a favorite among the staff. His respectful demeanor and helpful nature truly show his “big heart.” Working alongside his father, Jeremy Duncan, Kenneth embodies the family values and collaborative spirit that define 317 Plumber, making him an invaluable part of our future.

Excavation Laborer

Even Gray, one of our dedicated members of the excavation crew, he embodies the future of 317 Plumber. Though he’s only been with us for just four months, he has already proven his strong work ethic and keen eye for detail. Learning rapidly alongside his brother Nate, he’s quickly becoming a skilled member of the excavation team. Even’s journey is rooted in his early years where his father showed him how to operate many different kinds of machinery, this perfectly reflects 317 Plumber’s commitment to nurturing talent and continuous growth. We’re proud to watch Even develop into a valuable member of the team, ensuring that our company continues to deliver excellent results and build a strong team for years to come. Even is a valuable member of our team and loves learning new aspects of the industry and with his work ethic and understanding of his job he will be a part of our team for a long time to come.

Excavation Laborer and Experienced Electrician

Julia Ramsey is our incredible Dispatch Manager, bringing 15 years of exceptional customer service and dispatch experience to 317 Plumber. In 2024, Julia made the exciting transition to our team, eager to help customers navigate their home’s needs.
